Terminated in Indiana

I recently was terminated from my Job as a Branch Manager for a bank. I have worked for the bank for almost three years. Last year I finished 3rd out of 24 branches on a scale determined by the bank. This year I was also off to a good start. Recently the Bank has hired in almost all new upper management and many people are being let go and replaced by others. Anyway, I was terminated for falling asleep twice in the last month on the job. These are untrue allegations. I would admit to it if I had done it. The most recent accused incident was at a regional meeting on the 20th. I wear glasses and after a few hours I have a habit of taking them off and closing my eyes and rubbing my nose for maybe a minute. This is something I have always done at all day long meetings of reading power point slides across the room. No one has ever commented about it let alone a warning. I have never received a warning during my employment. The first incident supposedly happened at the beginning of this month; they did not have the information but said they would get it to me. On the 18th, I had received my monthly coaching session from boss. Nothing was ever said. On the 29th I was terminated. I understand if the company wants to restructure and I have to be let go. I feel though this is just a reason to terminate me without paying unemployment. Indiana I know is a no fault state. I am sure my initial claim will be denied by my former employer. However honestly feel that I have been wrongly terminated. I have never been in this situation. I have a family to support and now is not the easiest time to find work in banking. I have some saving but I do not want to drain it if possible. Do I have a chance at receiving unemployment? Do I need a lawyer to do so if possible? Thanks

P.S. In the company hand book an employee was to go through several warnings before they were to be terminated.

You have a very good chance the firing sounds very arbitrary, and a bit suspicious so file a U.I claim. If the employer fights it appeal.
