Terminated?

If a company doesn't inform you that you are terminated but takes you off the work schedule and gives you no hours is that reasonable belief to someone that they have been terminated. Lets say you also inquire as to your current status, but receive no answer from the employer too. What does one do? File for unemployment stating that they were terminated even though they aren't sure, but the evidence points to that.

You can file for UI based on hours reduction alone

Oh thank you. I wasn't aware of that. If your employed elsewhere also and working is there a limit on the number of hours you can't work during a week to be eligible for unemployment benefits. For example let's say you had 2 jobs working 70 hours a week and you were "terminated" or taken of the schedule for our 30 hour per week job but you are still employed working 40 hours a week elsewhere. Thank you for your help.

UI rules vary by state. You should file all they can say is no and you would still have right to appeal
