I was terminated for non-compliance of a section in the employee manual. I non-complied while I was off the clock; does that have any bearance? Also, for other reasons what is the SOL in Florida for filing a wrongful termination lawsuit? I know Florida is "at will" but I have nothing to lose.

The fact that you were off the clock does not make any difference. It was still legal to fire you.

There is more than one kind of wrongful termination and the SOL (as well as what agency you report it to) depends on what kind you think you have. If this is with regard to the non-compliance issue you do not have any kind of claim unless you have a binding and legally enforceable contract or CBA that specifically says you cannot be fired for things that happen off the clock.
