Dear Sir/s,
I have been working in one of establishments for the past five and half years with joinning local transfer from the previous company. Now my current company has given me the termination with one month notice to final exit.
The reason they mentioned in the termination letter is "owing to the current circumstances and completion of certain services to out customers we are not in a position to extend your services any more".
As I joined with this employer by local transfer, is the rules allow to terminate me by an exit? As the current employer is second sponsor, is he has rights to terminate me or shall I go to labor court for giving release?
Kindly advice me as my children are studying secondary level here and we have to be here at least for two more years as very hard to get the admissions at this stage in India. I have other job opportunities here.
