Could a landlord charge a broker fee if there is no broker used to find apt. Infact the tennent already lives in the building and is just moving into another apt. in the same building.
 
You ask if a landlord could charge a broker fee if no broker was used to find an apartment. You'll have to provide move information on this. If you are the tenant, did you ask the landlord why the broker fee? If the landlord, why are you charging this?
