i was attending a get togeather at my friends house and cops were called because of a noise complaint. the officer went down the driveway to the back door, saw one empty beer bottle on a table, and called everyone outside. He asked for everyones id's,called backup and started writing approx.15-20 under age kids all MIP tickets. I possessed no alcohol and had drank next to nothing. Is this allowed? just because i was in the house where there was some alcohol i recieved and MIP, sounds pretty lame to me.

It's a stupid law

I was at a party for 5 minutes and was looking for a friend to take home and the police came. I had nothing to drink, but was still issued an MIP just for being there. I'm still trying to figure out what the best way to go about the ticket is.
