Two brothers. Brother 1 financed a motorcylce for brother 2 with the agreement that brother 2 would pay for the bike. Everyone one agreed and with knowledge from other family members. Brother 2 made the down payment and had the payments debited from his account he uses the bike for his employment as a policeman. Brother 2 was a victim of identity theft still in process of getting that corrected. Brother 1one died unexpectantly left no will. Brother 2 wants and needs bike and is able and has been paying for the bike timely. Brother 1 son's called the finance company and requested they pickup bike. Brother 2 is angry and hurt what can he do to retain the bike it is affecting his state of employment.

Thank you for the drama.

Did you have a question?

Sadly, the question is, what options does brother #2 have to retain the bike? The "drama" is to give back ground info so we could get an informed answer. Thanks
