In Oct,2011 Kentucky social services placed my then 6 year old niece into my home and in December 2011 i filed for child support and well the Dad decided he wanted her. the Dad kept my niece for 3 months until April 2013 he then took her back to social services and said he didn't want her any longer and that she was a demon child, so the courts decide to give the bio Mom another chance, but needless to say 3 months later the courts placed my niece back into our home. i went to every court hearing for 9 months and i was the only person that showed up on her behalf, so in Feb 2013 i was granted custody and that was one of the happiest days of my life. OK fast forward until October 2016 i made the mistake and asked the courts for child support from both parents and now the Dad is seeking full custody.. I've been in her life ever since she was born and have raised her on my own with no help from him or the Mom, neither parent has even called to check on her not one time! I hired an attorney and he says i have nothing to worry about but i'm worried sick!! please any advice would help..

True, They're supposed to be good attorneys and yes I'm paying them a lot of good money. But honesty I'm just worried to death, I've been searching the internet for a month now looking for people that's been in a similar situation. I know that every case is different but it helps to hear from people that's been in a situation like mine.

I suggest you talk to at least three other attorneys.
Those attorneys can explain to you WHY you might have something to attend to, and possibly worry about.
