The house i am renting is in forclosure

I just paid Febrent and looks like we are going to have to move. Who do i sue to get Feb rent back and i can i sue for punitive damages since we didnt get a heads up just notices on there. I never met the Land lord because i went through a property manager. Who can sue to get my money.

You can sue the person to whom you paid the rent (i.e., the owner) for actual damages.
