I got coughing shop lifting in 2008 i guess i didn't go to court ended up getting a warrant 1000 I been pulled over before never was brought up then just resent 2016 I was at a low messed up hot bought or shop lifting both are misdemeanor. Ik statue of limitations are 1 yr if correct. I haven't been in trouble since then what do I do? Plus the store said they gonna send a bill?

A warrant was issued.
The SOL stopped tolling when you absconded.
All you can do is plead not guilty, ask for a public defender, and do as your lawyer instructs.
