Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant the police

the police locked my boyfriend up outside claiming to be outside of the apartment building.with over 12 other residents in the same building!they got marijuana,a gun,and my keys out his pocket.can they go to four residence trying the key to doors and find the right house and just walk into my house without a search warrant or my consent if he wasnt caught in or coming from out my house

Did the police do as you allege?
Perhaps your BF told them which apartment he calls home, YOURS!
If they arrested your BF, I guess they can do what you allege.
If you believe laws were violated, hire an attorney, or report your concerns to the Chief of Police.
