Hello, thanks for the opportunity to post.
I have emails and all documents pertaining to the events and how they happened.

The situation is I memoed (let borrow) jewelry to a Dentist in Dallas for consideration of future Dental work,we never agreed to price or terms and there was no contract verbal or written.

He dismissed me as a patietent and will not return my jewelry valued at over $14k.

The DDS is completley paid in full.

I understand this situation to be theft according to the penal code The error of Casey,"manner of acquisition is inconsequential to the evil of theft ,the gravaman of theft is in depriving the true owner of the use, enjoyment or value of his property.
According to the Office of the Attorney General. Article 31.03 Theft.

My local police took my report as theft, but called and said I would have to file in Dallas.

I tried to file a theft report with the Dallas Police, they won't take the time to understand the situation and say it's civil.

The funny thing is the DDs ask me what I would do If I got robbed, and allway's
the best answer is always give it to the robber and that's what happened here.

I'm disabled and not able to work continuously and because of the overall economy
in my town I had to shut my jewelry store down.

I sent a certified mail demand letter and he won't talk to me,his cousin is an attorney, I contacted him and he won't talk to me either.

I really need to recover my property,I can't afford an attoney.

Thanks
Rockwell

...lawyer...

...court...

Also, file a complaint with the bureaucrats who regulate dentists.

Just consult with a civil attorney.........they offer free initial consultation.......You would know the next step.
