I have a law suit that was filed against a builder of residential subdivisions that I did marketing work for.Should my attorney file Lis Pendens on the builders properties to insure that monies will be available upon successful litigation?

I have a real estate marketing company that did alot of work for a builder/developer.They decided to stop paying me for signed purchase orders
that I had already paid my vendors for.I also have a monthly services contract with them.
Would this type of activity not constitute a criminal offense by not only refusing to pay for my services but also not paying for the tangible(signage, advertising, etc)that I provided?

I don't know if your marketing work would qualify. Am I correct that your other post which I've combined into this one is the same item?

Thank you for responding to my post. Both of the questions pertain to the same client.Based on your reply there also was tangible items(signage, point of sale advertising etc)provided under contract and with authority to the client.
