I went to my fiances parents to go camping my mother came into my house that I rent from her and toke my ps3 and will not give it back she kicked me out and now she want give my ps3 or my part of the food stamps what can I do?

If the food stamps are not in your name they are not yours. In addition if your no longer in the home then Mom should not be getting food stamps for you. Regardless there is nothing you can do. How old are you?
