Husband is a construction worker. The company he works for contracted out at blasting company, PEXCO Company, L.L.C. They did the drilling and when they balsted they gave no notice and did not have any of the cars moved away from the blasting zone. When they did the blasting my car was first in line and received most of the impact. We got the estimate for the paint and dents then passed a copy on to them. Well, they say they didn't do and are not paying. Is this something I would take to small claims court? Thanks!
