Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft third degree grand theft FTA question

Back in 2008 i was arrested for 3rd degree grand theft. after court i was pick on a pre trial intervention program. i violated it by not paying it do to lack of income and stopped going. few months later i got picked up for a failure to appear court date for that reason... at the time between that i stopped going, to the time i got picked up for my warrant, i moved to another address. so the court got a return to sender for my issued court date. now im trying to figure out what are my chances that i could get put back on track with the probation except havin jail time?

I'd guess your chances are 50-50.
Ask about it and see what happens. If you get it, don't stop going because you can't pay. Just be straight and tell your PO what's up. They'll work with you , if you work with them.
