I got stopped at a check point and they gave me a ticket for driving without license I'm 17 and i don't know what are the consequences

You might want to talk to your parents if you haven't already. They might want to get you a traffic law attorney to see what he/she might be able to do for you.

When you say WITHOUT a license, does that mean you had a license, but didn't have it with you?
If you have a valid license, take it with you to the court hearing.
You can usually get the citation disposed of if you present a valid license at the court hearing.

Or, you don't have a valid license, so you were driving as an unlicensed driver?
If you were driving, having never been licensed (or your license was taken from you), you'll need to appear, plead not guilty, and try to hire a lawyer.
I don't think the court appoints traffic defendants with taxpayer funded lawyers.
Pleading not guilty will buy you time, to find a lawyer, develop a plan.

God luck.

What code section were you cited for? Until we know the specific section(s) we cannot really say what the consequences might be other than fines and a further delay in getting your license.

If for VC 12500(a) this can be a correctable violation so if you possess a valid license by the time of the court date, the court may decide to let you off with a $25 administrative fee. if for 12951(a) this can also be corrected by simply showing that you have it. Though, neither MUST be made correctable, courts are often predisposed to do so.
