I received a ticket for No Insurance which is a traffic Violation here in Oregon. I received the ticket on Dec 14, 2010, I got auto insurance Dec 17, 2010. Which is 3 days after getting the ticket. I'm trying to join the military here in the next 6 months so I need this to be resolved as best as possible. What should I do?

Take the proof of insurance to the court.
Talk with your recruiter.
One or the other will direct you.
This can be made to go away.

recruiter can't go

my recruiter said he can't go, what should I do when I get to court? I don't care about the fine, I'm just worried about the judge requiring me to have an SR-22, which would prevent me from enlisting. This is my first legal offense in Oregon and the ticket was issued out of a small hodunk town.

I suspect if the judge is informed of your intent to enlist that you might find some leniency.... maybe your recruiter can provide you some documentation to show your intent?
Or... why not enlist right now before you even go to court?
