ticketed 316.2915 (1) friends stupidity...

I was hanging with two friends of mine, we were in his dodge pickup truck. I am in the.middle seat. My friend next to me thinks its a smart idea to movs through the window and to the bed of the truck while its moving. The operator of the truck deciedes to too. Therefore he set the cruise control and decieded to hop in the back bed through the window while in motio.. he tells me to grab the wheel. I have no choice but to operate the truck. A cop sees this and i get pulled over. Their stupidity got a me a ticket for "Allowing passenger to ride on exterior of vehicle" section 316.2015 sub-section 1 $169.00 and the officer said 3 points. They were ticketed for no seatbelt and something else totaling abouy $260ish I think.

I want to fight this in court!

If you told me that story, I'd smile and say, " Guilty, pay the clerk! Bailiff, next case."

You admit to driving the vehicle. Now, if the other two idiots substantiate your story, you aren't guilty. If they say, "Yes, Your Honor, Bobby told the truth. It was my idea as the truck's owner and original driver. Jimmy and I were idiots. But, it's all my fault. Bobby was the smart one, and he saved our lives and the lives of innocent people!"

Then I'd say, "Great job, Bobby, not guilty! But, don't ride with Jimmy and the bigger idiot, Joey. Bobby, you're a hero!"
