For what offense(s) did you receive the citations?
Were they moving or parking citations?

Citations are sometimes resolved via a global amnesty.
That is rare, however.

The problem for you (whether parking or moving), is that (a) bench warrant(s) has/have been issued for "failure to appear".

That is the "catch-22".

Even IF the citation(s) could be dismissed, the bench warrants haven't.
But, things are negotiable.

If these aren't serious citations (people haven't been hurt, maimed, killed; or thousands of dollars of property damage unleashed), more than likely, paying fines and/or fees will cure your problem.
