The Sheriff delivered a Writ of Possession to our tenant on July 15 and put her out. We still haven't received any paperwork from our attorney so we can proceed with wage garnishment for back rent, attorney fees, etc. How long does it take from delivering the Writ to receiving the necessary court documents for garnishment?

I would ask my attorney but I can't get a hold of him. First he was on jury duty, then family bereavement, and now he's in China at the Olympics with his son. I have sent his assistant several emails, but when she responds, she doesn't answer my questions.
