To get full custody

My ex and I have a 2 year old. My situation crazy he just got release as felon & there a stay away order. He wants to have custody if the child. I drop the child off to spend time and now won't get her back. im primary parent &he on child support which he past due, no job & no car. How can I get custody and safety visitation made?

If you have full custody then he has no custody rights. You don't need to provide him with custody of the child and probably shouldn't. Everything should be done via the court system. If he wants rights, let him petition the court for those rights. You can be civil about it and inform him that you cannot allow him to have what he wants but are willing to entertain some possibilities once approved by the court. In court you can make your objections and let them decide.
