Hi,
I own website called sixxle.com pronounced "Sixx - le [six - L]" I have been contacted by a company who manufactures a line of products called Sizzix Dies. This compnay also runs a website called sizzix.com pronounced "Siz - zix [sizz - icks]" They are claiming that I am infringing on their trademark and that I am purposely trying to decieve customers into thinking that they are buying products from Sizzix when they are shopping at my site. I guess my problem or question is this. How do I determine if they are right or if they have a legal foot to stand on? I have been looking for a intellectual property lawyer in my area. Any advice or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
