I live in Atlanta, Georgia and I was returning from a weekend in Virgina and was stopped and ticketed for Speeding (Winston-Salem NC) 86mph in a 65mph on I-40. I have not been ticketed in over 8 years and I have obtained my GA DMV record. I would like to know if my license may be supended because of this and can I use the "Prayer of Judgement" ? I contacted the County clerks office to find out how much it would be and they refused to tell me because it is a madatory court date. I live 5 hours from there. I have received serveral letters from Lawyers. Should I make the drive a pay the ticket ?
