hello, i am a green card holder and i have tickets for traffic violation, reckless driving and resisting arrest without violence, according to the officer. i went to court and pleaded not guilty and the case is still pending. now i want to travel to a foreign country. my question is will this pending case affect my readmission into the united states?

Your best bet is probably to talk to an immigration attorney to be on the safe side.

A traffic citation would be no big deal, but reckless driving and resisting arrest are both misdemeanors and that could cause problems for you. It might be best and wait to have this resolved before you go anywhere.
