The transport company shipped my car from Florida to California and the driver fell asleep at the wheel. I had everything I owned in the car. As a result, I also incurred about $1,500 in rental car fees and had to drive out to Nevada to identify the car, which cost about $200 in gas and expenses. The company is refusing to pay for anything because on the back of their contract it says they are not responsible.
