i recieved a ticket for cvc 23224(a) but the officer marked it as an infracton rather than a misdemeanor. This is my first offense and I only have my permit when I recieved the ticket. The bottle was sealed and it was the passanger who is 20. I'm 19. What is the penalty for this? Also am I going to not be able to get my drivers' license? Should I get my driver's license before I go to court and then will it get suspended?
