I am 20 years old, with two minor accidents on my record. No speeding tickets. One posession of alcohol charge, because I was driving someone else's car, that had alcohol, which I was unaware of.
Recently, I got pulled over, and my boyfriend had a little bit of marijuana on him. He has been in a lot of trouble, so I took the blame. I am being charged with possession, and transportaion. I am very scared of losing my license. I have already met with the police officer, and he said he will go to court with me to talk to the judge. I am also getting a lawyer. Is there anyway I can plea bargain with the judge? Is there any chance I will not lose my license?
If my boyfriend were to fess up to this, this may be his fourth offense with possession. Does anyone know what punishment he would take?
