purchased tickets thru travel agency.when received tickets info found out that agency issued tickets with error.my infant child had childs ticket and 3 yr old child had a paper infant ticket.called them but there phones were off.when got to airport agent couldnt check my child in because didnt have a seat they couldnt fix problem because there is no Lufthansa rep. in Jacksonville.i called agency and somehow got to them,they accept mestake and assure me that we will be on next flight.well next day they told me tickets need to be canceled and purchased brand new tickets with same airline.and oldone will be refunded to account.week after i found that agency charged me with cancellation fee for each ticket(4 total).called agency and agency offered me 50% of those fees,i didnt accept and now they dont want to give me any money..can i collect these fees,i never canceled tickets,it was agency error,i reduced vacation that week and lots of more....i just need those fees back on credit card...can i legally collect these fees....thx a lot
