my daughter just recived a traffic citation for speeding she was going 60 in a 45 the oficer said she needed to go to court but when i look up the juvinal laws for my state (ohio) that you only need to show up if the speeding was 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. and hers was only 15 mph diffrent . so what do you think i should do should i call the court house and question this?
