I bought a brand new 2013 Chevrolet express cutaway truck from a dealer in March of 2013. The truck consists of a Chevy express van cab and chassis and then is sent to a company Supreme to add the box on the back (google Chevy cutaway to get the visual). Anyway as part of the modification Supreme cuts the roof and adds extends it so the driver can then stand and walk to the back of the truck. It's then sealed all around to prevent any leaks.
As I was finishing up the paperwork my dealer tells me they have been having issues with Supreme and leaking cabs.
As I drive away the day I bought it water came down the A pillars. I immediately called my dealer and told her about the leak. She had said it might have been in there from when they sealed it up. I didn't know any better so I assumed I'll give it a shot. I continued to have leak issues for months there after and after continued communication I brought it in to get diagnosed. Supreme warranties their work for the first year. I started the repair process at around 9 months and have since had it at the dealer 4 times all for the same leak. This final time they asked me to give the last guy one more shot to try and fix it. Nothing has worked and I'm getting soaked every time it rains. I have videos/pictures of the leaks as well as the invoices from the times it was in for repair. I feel I've given them ample opportunities to fix the problem and now I want to be compensated. Should I go forward and what would be the path?
