So my mom and I are not really on speaking terms and she sent me a trust document to sign for my grandpa. Her and my grandpa told me it is because he is cashing out his life insurance policy and I have to sign it because I have to agree that I know he is cashing it out because I am a secondary beneficiary. I don't know if they are telling the truth or if I am being screwed out of his will. Attached is the document, if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
