I have been married almost a year and out of blue my wife wants a devorce. We have one child and she is 6 mths old. She went behind my back and had her ear shocked for vertility and the was pregnant right away. Cant really say much about that cause I was having relation w/o condoms. She had a trust fund befor our marrage Im I intitled to any of that fund? Not sure how much it is, it was always kept secret from me by her and her family.

Even in community property states, trust funds and inheritances do not become part of the marital estate. Therefore, her trust fund will remain her trust fund.

I must be getting daft or old and out of it, what is getting an ear shocked for vertility? I can't figure out what you are talking about at all. Enlighten me please?
