I am listed as the sole beneficiary of a trust that was created in my name but the trustee refuses to act in my favor as stated
Will clearly states it is for the for the maintenance and support of me but the trustee will not do anything to help me financially. I have a daughter and will like to get a home as the prices are cheap but she said no.. I asked will you at least help with down payment.. again was no.. I don't know what to do.. this money is supposed to be for me but I get little to nothing.. Even with a home purchase there would still be a sizable amount left... Trustee has dangled the will over my head plenty of times and refused to even let me see the will till I got a copy myself. I bought a car and she even made me pay her back the down payment.. What do I do? Trustee is on a serious power trip and not on my side at all..
Before my daughter was born last year trustee even said if I aborted my daughter she would help me out more and let me see the information I have a legal right to see. She dangles and teases me with what is supposed to be mine and tried to use/abuse her power in the most sick and twisted ways. This money was left to aid me by someone who loved me alot and make my life better and not be kicked to side as I feel. Still I try and try to negotiate with her and have emails to prove it but always to no avail..
What can I do?..
