i was accused of allowing a customer to get a free drink even though i had no idea it even took place, i was the supervisor on duty and two out of the four people working at that time said i knew about it and i wasnt even on the floor. what can i do? i am now mom of two without job

Your situation does not include any "legal" issues. I would suggest you meet with your former supervisor to discuss the situation. If the supervisor is agreeable to review the situation and finds you innocent, then perhaps your job would be reinstated.

Hopefully the management of the bar/restaurant will listen to your side of the story and then give you a 2nd chance. Unfortunately, no guarantee they will.
