I work as a councelor at a youth residential treatment facitlity and have made it a mission to help one of my students and I would appreciate any advice that could be given on our current situation. The young man in question is 18 years old and has a federal charge on his record. This young man is trying to get away from the environment that he came from and wants to either go to college or join the military hopefully both. Anyway my question. Is there any way that due to his age his record can be sealed so that he might actually have a chance to make something of himself. Forgive me if this is at all a stupid question.
