I received two tickets for minor consumption in less then a 24 hour period, I blew less the second time then I did the first time. I was wondering if theres a way I can get out of the second ticket. The first one was at 11 o'clock pm and the second one was around 10 o'clock pm the next day, but that's still within 24 hours.. It was also the same cop, is there any way I can get out of the second one?

Can you give me a valid reason why you should, since the first one evidently didn't teach you anything?

You would have to prove the second blow was from the first consumption. Can you do that? Maybe you should hire lawyer or at least do a consultation to see what he or she says.

So ... in 23 hours, you still blew positive from the SAME party??

What did you blow the first time? To STILL be positive 23 hours later, you would have had to still have a rising BAC or peaked at about .30 or higher!!! So, the first blow would have had to have been darn near blood alcohol poisoning. Had that been the case, chances are you were ripped and you would have gone to jail for public intoxication.

I doubt you will be able to prove they were related.
