Unable to Pay Credit Card Debts

My jurisdiction is: Ohio

I filed bankruptcy in 2004 when my company closed the doors on us. I worked a subsequent job until 2007. I've been unable to work as my doctor has declared me to be disabled. I've filed for Medicaid and SSI. I have no income other than a food card through the state of Ohio. I owe three credit card companies money. I cannot pay. What can I expect will happen and can they take my car ( '94 Olds) ?

I don't know the circumstances surrounding the car. Is it financed?
