I am a landlord in the process of evicting a tenent for non payment. I have sent the 14 Day Notice to Vacate. However, there are other issues. The renter, a mother listed 2 children, ages 4 and 10. The mother is hardly there, even overnights, and her two older children, 14 and 16 are always there. There is also a host of various other teenagers often there. Naturally with no supervision--the noise and comings and goings are disruptive to other apts. My question--Can I go over and ask the 14 and 16 year olds to leave, along with their friends, since I never rented to them. I would not ask both to leave if 10 or 4 year old were there. One of them should stay to babysit. Thank you for your help. Sandra
