I just had a question about my brother. He was picked up for underage consumption and spent the night in jail. He has now got a notice of Pre-Trial. I'm wondering if he should get a lawyer and If there is a possibility he could loose his drivers liscense from this. He was not driving. We are in the state of West Virginia. Thanks in advance for any information.
