Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Underage Consumption

last friday night i was 'aressted' while walking home from a party, i am a college student and i had a few drinks, the police officer asked me if i had had any alcohol and i admitted that i had. he said that my speech was slurred and i had trouble maintianing my balance. i plan to pleed guilty but i was wondering if there was any way i could lessen my penalty. i was told when i called that i would lose my driving privlages for 3 months and i was wondering if i could avoid this. i live in ohio regularly and dont even have a car at school. i was not breathalized or given any sobriety test, is there any way i could get the judge to give me community service and get this expunged, or do i just mail in the fine and get it over with?

i would also like to know what happens if i get my license suspended in PA when i live in ohio? i would assume that my suspension goes for every state, but the ohio law resources i found only had information about dui/dwi out of state. please help me!!
