My friend and I got pulled over last night and he was charged with DUI and under aged consumption and he is 18 first time DUI offense. They gave him a breathalyzer but he failed it. Is there anything he can do to lessen the burden of fines/jail time? Is there a chance for him to use expungement? Also they towed his car (not impound), but I was with him and I am 21 the officer never tested me at all to see if i was intoxicated to drive his car. Are they aloud to just tow it even though their was someone there to drive it?
