heres my story; im 18 now, but i got arrested when i was 17
november 2007 me and my friend were drinking at the park, then a cop; who was looking for a missing child who got lost at the fair found me and my friend and our friend jose cravo.
cop saw the liquor bottle and ask for id, i didnt had one, even if i did i wasent 21. cop put a cuff on me and escort me to back seat of a police car.
he didnt breathalize me and he pour down liquor in the lake. my friend didnt got arrested since i basically took the rap
two three months later, i got to court and decided to do a pay program. what pay program is, you do community service and this underage drinking feloney goes away, no record of that left on your permanent list.
i did four days at the farm, wrote 3 pages, passed drug test and then i had to goto a law information class, at there this speaker, who happens to be a cop picks on me, well cop kicks me out for my bad attitude; which i didnt had.
next day my PO calls and she will let me back in to do another law information class, if i do another four days at the farm
went back to farm, got kick out on the third day for bad attitude, which i fucking didnt.
thats basically all there is to it, i personally dont think judge is going to put up a case with getting kick out at pay program, so with that said, can someone please give me an advice that i can use next time i goto court? it will be greatly appreciated
