Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Underage in Ohio

My son got it for under age in Ohio.Was we supposed to be present for the breath test.Was he supposed to receive a ticket or piece of paper the night of?We did not recieve any papers till the mail(court papers).Just curious!!??

There is no reason for you to be at the breath test.

Yes, getting the papers in the mail is standard practice.
