I recently became unemployed, after purchasing a new vehicle, am being taken to court for a judgement over 7 years ago, both amounts, total around $20,000, plus utilities and additional items in my credit report, and have to wait 3 weeks to even see if I'm elegible for unemployment. 0 income, lot of debt, do I have any other option but to file oh btw, car about to be repossed car insurance will be cancelled by 3/02/08, missed payment date.
