Hey folks,
Awhile ago I lost my job. I filed for unemployment and was awarded it. My employer appealed. I have attended the appeal hearing and that was about 2.5 weeks ago. I have not yet heard the result of that hearing. Today in the mail I received something regarding a relief from charges? I dont understand what this is as this is the first I am seeing of this. It has some information regarding the date of my unemployment request filing. then is says:
"On November 7, 2008 the Empolyers Charges Appeals Unit requested that this case be remanded for further consideration. Since the request was proper, the Referee, accordingly, makes the following:
ORDER:
This case is herby Remanded to the Employers Charges Appeals Unit for further consideration."
Does anyone know what this is and what it means? Is this indicative of the outcome of my appeal? Any tips, help would be greatly appreciated.
