If I am on unemployment and was offered a job on short notice , AND THE ARRANGEMENTS I made for my son at the end of aftercare did not work out .I ask the employer to give me a earlier shift but she said that none was available ,So I resign because i had no one to watch him.I had training for two days and work for two and a half days my shift was from 4pm to 10pm .Unemployment is now aware of this and wants to disqualify me ,How can I Proceed ?

You can appeal the decision, but I wouldn't be holding my breath on succeeding. You would do better to find a new job very fast, because you are quite unlikely to get UI under these circumstances. Turning down available work is a disqualifier in all states, and quitting because of personal reasons such as child care is a disqualifier in almost all circumstances.
