If you've been told to apply online, applied online, didn't receive any response like the normal found someone more qualified email, and found the job reposted online a couple of months later for the exact same position at the exact same location is that legal? I feel kind of unfairly ignored in my application, unfair because I have the years of experience and qualifications necessary and haven't received any response good or bad person or email..

Why is it ok for employers to ignore someone's application without even so much as offering an interview or at least a courtesy email so many companies send now when they have decided not to hire you? Then make it obvious they ignored you're application by posting the same entry level job again? It's kind of discouraging when you're willing to start from the bottom of a company and work your way up that they don't even want to look at you.

Your making assumptions. No one knows if your application was ignored or why you were not selected. maybe you were over qualified? Suffice it to say ther eis no law forcing an employer to hire you. My husband has hired people and used these online applications they are much easier to read and get what you need rather than paper so how you applied is not an issue. If job is open again call their HR department and tell them your still available.

Thanks for the advice, I just found this website and thought what the heck, let me see if I can make some money out of the misfortune I been having lately lol. I appreciate it and will try their HR dept tomorrow!
