unfair cop was going to pull me over no matter what

i gave my friend a ride around the corner to his friends house when we were leaving i saw a cop down the road sitting there so i wasnt going to pull out the drive way cause i knew the cop was waiting for me well i did anyway as soon as i pulled out i seen the cop start to come i turned right away my friend lived a block away we pulled up at his house jumped out my truck then the cop pulled up behind us jumped outta her car and told us both to get back in the truck long story short she searched us exspecially me about 5 times search truck didnt find anything she gave me a ticket for no innsurrance and driving with a suspended license but she said the reason she pulled me over was speeding if that was true why didnt she give me a speeding ticket the house we came from was a known drug house and thats the real reason why she pulled me over she thought she was going to catch me with some drugs that isnt right though isnt that default of character or something and besides she didnt pull me over i was alredy parked and out the truck when she pulled up i was wondering if i could beat this case please let me know thanks

Since you did not give any facts which would be a defense for you, I would have to say no, you cannot beat the case.

You could cedrtainly prevail if you actually had insurance and a valid license at the time of the stop ... did you?

Absent that, good luck in trying to convince a court that you were NOT speeding.

Moral of the story: Don't hang with dopers, and don't drive without a license.
