I entered a lease with my then boyfriend and his sister, which has been diagnosed with being bipolar. After living with him for a few months he became angry and violent, but not to the point of hitting me. I broke up with him and now I have no where to sleep and he will not let me sign out of the lease. I have contacted the landlord and he has said the only way out is through him allowing me sign out. Can anyone help me with a way to get out of this unfit living situation. I have no room to sleep in nor anywhere to be in private.
